Single Ply Roof

Single Ply Roof – Consist of types of roof. PVC, TPO, EPDM. All types are on large on roll on as a single layer on usually a low sloped or flat roofing. Low slope roof is a pitch of less that 2/12. You can apply the thickness as needed making it thinner or thicker.

PVC – Polyvinyl Chloride – This kind of roofing is great for restaurants due to the resistant of chemicals, oils and gases as well as be resistant to the sun so helps the cooling to stay in and saves cost. Colors are only available in white or grey.

EPDM – Ethylene Propylene Diene Momorner – This product is referred to had most call rubber roofing. EPDM is lightweight and made up of oil and natural gases. This material is resistant to any extreme temperatures, damaging storms of rain, wind and hail. EPDM is only available in black or white in color and can be put on with a variety of thickness.
